Payment, Shipping and Refunds/Exchanges


Golden Monkey uses PayPal, the safer, easier way to pay online.

The service allows you to pay by credit card or through your PayPal account (if you have one), without sharing financial information.

Orders will be despatched once payment confirmation has been received, usually within 3-7 days.


Orders will be dispatched within 2 to 3 days unless otherwise advised. Delivery usually arrives in 3 - 7 working days depending on location (please allow extra time to deliver to remote areas).


Golden Monkey is committed to providing excellent quality products and fabulous customer service. Products are carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure you receive a perfect item.

If however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the size does not fit, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, however delivery charges are only refundable if the goods are faulty.

If you simply changed your mind, we are happy to offer a credit towards a future purchase on the website.

The following conditions are necessary for any returns or exchanges:

  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • The returned item must be unworn/unused and in the original condition including original packaging.
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.
  • Postage charges on returns are not refundable-except where the item was faulty (however see Paypal returns below for free returns shipping.)
  • You will be charged for the postage and handling costs for any exchange or replacement mailed to you if you have merely changed your mind.

All refunds are governed by the relevant State and Federal legislation applicable in Victoria.

*Up to 4 refunds per PayPal account on eligible purchases. A cap of $45 per refund request applies.

The Service is available at no additional cost to PayPal account holders who have registered for it at www.paypal.com.au/returns.

How do I make a Refund Request?

To submit a Refund Request, submit a claim within 14 days of returning the item and attach required documentation, available at www.paypal-returns.com/hc/en-au/requests/new.

If any document is missing, you’ll need to submit it within 7 days of your initial submission.

  1. The completed online claim form submitted via www.paypal-returns.com/hc/en-au/requests/new;
  2. The confirmation email for your PayPal transaction or a screenshot of your PayPal account showing that the entire price was paid using your PayPal account and displaying the PayPal transaction ID; and
  3. A copy of your return shipment receipt that shows the amount you paid.
    1. If you use a service that tracks shipment, the receipt should also show the seller’s address;
    2. If you use regular post (with no shipment tracking), we also need a photo of the package showing the seller’s address.
  4. If the return costs were deducted from the refund of your item, we also need a copy of the refund email from the seller or PayPal, showing the amount refunded to you.

Documents must be clearly legible and emailed to paypalaureturns@telusinternational.com. Please keep the original documents as you may be asked to provide new copies if the copies are not sufficiently legible.

How will I be refunded?

If your Refund Request is accepted, you will receive a refund directly to your PayPal account.

How will I know if my Refund Request is accepted?

PayPal will send you a:

  • confirmation of receipt of your Refund Request: Within 1 business day
  • notice of approval or rejection of your Refund Request: Within 5 business days from the receipt of your complete request
  • refund to your PayPal account: Within 5 business days from the notice of approval of your Refund Request

Free standard shipping for all Australian orders. Orders will be dispatched within 2 to 3 days but usually same day.

Delivery usually arrives in 3 - 7 working days depending on location. 

International Shipping Rates

To enquire about international shipping please email us directly at: info@goldenmonkeybrand.com. 

  • Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days of placement.
  • Order are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail, Australia Post Express Post International or Courier
  • Generally orders will be received within 10 working days, although certain destinations may take longer.
  • Items shipped internationally are insured against loss or damage and this cost is included in your shipping quote.
  • We are not liable for any duties that you are charged upon entering your country and cannot advise of fee's-this remains the responsibility of the purchaser.
